How to mount your Topsheet armor kit
STEP 1
Clean and allign
1. Clean your board with non-grease alcohol or similar de-greaser.
2. Allign the foil center on tail or nose and peel and stick about 10cm
STEP 2
Mounting
Use the scrapers soft side to carefully work your way towards the other tip.
Peel as you go.
STEP 3
Remove air bubbles
Use the scrapers soft side to carefully remove all airbubbles.
The screen is perforated so that air bubbles easier can escape.
Use box-knife to make a small cut in air bubble if needed.
STEP 4
Cut off extra sheet material
Use the hard side of scraper and press against edge of board to reveal the shape and to make sure the sheet sticks to the edge of the board.
Carefully use box-knife and lay flat against the edge of the board. Follow the boards shape and cut off excess material
STEP 5
Mark out your inserts
Your inserts should be easy to spot, use fingers to locate them.
Use your mounting screws or screwdriver to mark your inserts and mount screws through the sheet.
STEP 6
Add Vimana logo
Add Vimana logo, choose size and color after your taste.
STEP 7
Let harden for 48hours in room temp
